Emprendimientos Solidarios (charitable undertakings)
“Emprendimientos Solidarios”—charitable undertakings in English—is aimed at implementing tools so that boards of directors, management groups and social programs adopt appropriate administrative practices for charitable undertakings, thereby reinforcing the organization’s identity and its programs.
This involves developing the following five tools: 1) A Quality Management Model for social programs; 2) Quality Certification Protocols for social programs; 3) a sustainable and effective Social Investment Model; 4) Assessment of the Quality Management Model for social programs; and 5) Characterization of Management Tool Prototypes for Charitable Organizations.
