Mapudungun Mew: Teacher Support Software for Teaching the Mapudungun Language & Mapuche Culture
Summary
Mapudungun Mew is software designed to support Mapudungun language and Mapuche culture teachers. It comes with a dictionary, activities, and cultural features such as riddles, stories and fables, testimonies, and natural instruments and sounds.
This interactive tool is the result of two research projects conducted by CEDETi UC (Center for the Development of Inclusive Technology).
Advantages / Potential Uses
- It has a dictionary containing approximately 700 words and 300 sentences in Mapudungun and Spanish, including activities and cultural features such as riddles, stories and fables, testimonies, and natural instruments and sounds.
- Because it is free, it is open to the public.

System complete and qualified in a real environment.
