Legume Center

The legume center focuses on developing specialized functional ingredients and additives to boost the value of small and medium-sized dryland farms.  Specifically, the Center works to assist the recovery of small and medium sized farmers located in the Valparaíso, O’Higgins, Maule and Biobío Regions by lifting the productivity and quality of their legumes and legume-based products.
