Summary

A system that encapsulates the compounds in the pollen of native and cultivated Chilean species but at a nanometric scale so that they can be used as a nutritional supplement in any food product. Provides super food properties to foods such as dairy products, beverages, honey.

  • Can be added to food as a functional ingredient (polyphenol-rich bee pollen). 
  • Can be used as raw material for producing food supplements.
  • Can be used in anti-age, cellular rejuvenation, anti-inflammatory and irritation relief products

  • More antioxidant and antibacterial activity compared to standard products. 
  • More stable shelf life compared to non-encapsulated stocks.
  • Better intestinal absorption and permeability compared to non-encapsulated stock.
