Functional Ingredients & Natural Additives Program

IFAN is a public-private program resulting from a partnership between the food industry and academia to develop new functional ingredients and natural additives made from Chilean raw materials as a means to make a real contribution to the country’s efforts to make its food industry more diversified and sophisticated. All with a view to positioning Chile as a global leader in this market. The initiative is funded by CORFO.
