Translational Biotechnology Center

SOFOFA Hub was the driving force behind the creation of the Translational Biotechnology Center (CBT). This CORFP-funded entity focuses primarily on implementing this type of technological application in various economic sectors in order to boost their productivity. Additionally, the Center aims to set the stage to enable biotechnology development and transfer in Chile by identifying regulatory obstacles, creating information platforms and networks, and generating the capacity, knowhow and standards governing this type of technology in Chile.
